Introduction Video (YouTube)

When I searched ADA laws, rules and regulations in regards to a person with disabilities, this is what popped from Gemini via Google Chrome in a Google Search:

“Under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), federal workplace regulations require employers to provide "reasonable accommodations" to qualified individuals with disabilities, prohibiting discrimination in hiring, promotions, training, pay, and other employment aspects, essentially ensuring equal opportunity for disabled employees compared to those without disabilities, unless doing so would create an "undue hardship" for the employer; this includes restrictions on pre-employment medical inquiries about disabilities and the need to demonstrate job-relatedness for any disability-related questions asked.

Key points about ADA workplace regulations:

  • Title I of the ADA:
This section specifically addresses employment discrimination based on disability.

  • Reasonable accommodations:
Employers must provide modifications or adjustments to job duties, work environment, or equipment to allow qualified individuals with disabilities to perform essential job functions.

  • No discriminatory questions:
Employers cannot ask about an applicant's disability before a job offer is made, unless it is job-related and necessary.

  • Medical examinations:
Medical examinations can only be conducted after a job offer is made and must be job-related and consistent with business necessity.

  • Enforcement agency:
The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) is responsible for enforcing ADA employment regulations.

Under the ADA , workers with disabilities must have equal access to all benefits and privileges of employment that are available to similarly situated employees without disabilities. The duty to provide reasonable accommodation applies to all non-work facilities provided or maintained by you for your employees.”

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uqIRGNMgdJM for Sunny's YouTube video related to this topic that inspired my video.

https://www.youtube.com/@SunnyLenarduzzi for Sunny's Channel which inspired the spark for my channel niched to the disabled worker who may not have a Driver's License, maybe they can't do physical labor but they can do desk jobs, the protections for people who are disabled are aforementioned.

Many states have the right to know act, this is also true in regards to laws, rules and regulations about your rights and they are public knowledge. Per a Google Search, Gemini, the Google based AI was able to tell me via my Google Search the following information:

Know your rights

LGBTQ Rights

The legal landscape for LGBTQ people is constantly evolving. If you think you have been discriminated against and would like our assistance, please visit our Report LGBTQ and HIV Discrimination Page and we can help you figure out whether you are protected under federal or state laws.

Select a scenario

  • Can an employer discriminate against me because of my sexual orientation or gender identity?

  • Can a landlord refuse to rent to me?

  • Am I protected from discrimination in public accommodations, like shops and restaurants?

  • Are LGBTQ students protected from discrimination in schools?

  • Does the law protect my right to use the restroom consistent with my gender identity?

  • How do I update the gender marker on my US passport?

  • What if I have different gender markers on different IDs or records?

  • Under federal law, particularly the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), mentally ill workers are protected from discrimination in the workplace, meaning employers must provide reasonable accommodations to help them perform their job, which can include flexible schedules, modified work duties, quieter work environments, and access to mental health resources.

  • Key protections for mentally ill workers:

    • Reasonable accommodations:
Employers must provide reasonable adjustments to the job or work environment to enable a mentally ill employee to perform their essential job functions, such as flexible work hours, modified deadlines, or a quieter workspace.

    • Confidentiality:
Employee medical information, including mental health diagnoses, must be kept confidential by the employer.

    • Non-discrimination:
Employers cannot discriminate against an employee based on their mental health condition when hiring, promoting, assigning tasks, or making disciplinary decisions.

    • Access to leave:
Employees may be eligible for medical leave under the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) to seek treatment for mental health conditions.

  • Examples of accommodations for mentally ill workers:

    • Flexible work schedules: Adjusting start times or allowing for flexible breaks to manage symptoms

    • Reduced distractions: Providing a quieter workspace or noise-cancelling headphones

    • Written task lists: Providing clear and structured instructions to manage workload

    • Regular check-ins: Frequent meetings with supervisors for feedback and support

    • Telecommuting options: Allowing employees to work from home when needed

    • Job coaching: Providing additional support through a job coach to navigate challenges

  • Important points to remember:

    • Disclosure:
While not mandatory, employees may choose to disclose their mental health condition to their employer to request necessary accommodations.

    • Documentation:
Employees should provide medical documentation from a healthcare professional to support their need for accommodations.

    • Open communication:
Maintaining open communication with supervisors about any challenges related to their mental health is crucial.

  • Everyone, regardless of gender, is protected from sex discrimination under Title VII. The Equal Pay Act requires employers to give male and female employees equal pay for equal work. This means that employers have to pay men and women equally for doing substantially the same work at the same workplace.

There are several federal laws that protect women in the workplace, including:

  • Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964: Prohibits discrimination based on sex, race, color, national origin, and religion. It also protects women from sexual harassment.

  • Equal Pay Act of 1963: Requires employers to pay men and women equally for substantially similar jobs.

  • Pregnancy Discrimination Act of 1978: Prohibits discrimination based on pregnancy, childbirth, or related medical conditions.

  • Family and Medical Leave Act: Provides a right to family and medical leave.

  • Whistleblower Protection Act: Protects women who report discrimination in the workplace.

  • Pregnancy Disability Leave Law (PDL): A California law that requires employers with five or more employees to provide up to four months of unpaid leave to employees who are disabled due to pregnancy, childbirth, or related medical conditions.

Other protections for women in the workplace include: The Fair Labor Standards Act and The Consolidated Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act (COBRA).

Gender discrimination is illegal and can occur throughout the employment process, from the job interview to retirement.

Transgender workers have several rights in the workplace, including:

  • Protection from discrimination
Federal law prohibits discrimination based on gender identity or sexual orientation in all aspects of employment, including hiring, firing, pay, and promotions. This protection applies even if state or local laws are different.

  • Right to be treated with respect
Transgender workers have the right to be treated with respect and not be harassed. Sex-based harassment includes jokes, derogatory comments, or repeatedly using the wrong name or pronouns.

  • Right to access gender-appropriate facilities
Employers cannot deny employees equal access to bathrooms, locker rooms, or showers that correspond to their gender identity.

  • Right to transition at work
Transgender workers can work with colleagues and supervisors to develop a plan for transitioning. This can include updating personal information and deciding on the use of gendered facilities.

  • Right to report concerns
Transgender workers can report concerns to human resources in writing. They should include details about the situation, when it happened, and why they believe it is discriminatory.

Some ways employers can support transgender workers include:

  • Participating in recruitment events and career fairs tailored to the trans community

  • Proactively communicating aspects of company culture and benefits that might be of interest to transgender recruits

  • Using pronouns and preferred names on applications

Non-binary employees have rights in the workplace that protect them from discrimination and harassment based on their gender identity or expression:

  • Employment protections
Non-binary employees are protected from discrimination in hiring, firing, pay, job assignments, promotions, layoff, training, and fringe benefits.

  • Harassment protections
Employers are prohibited from allowing harassment of non-binary employees by co-workers, customers, or other third parties.

  • Inclusive language
Employers can use gender-neutral language in greetings and other interactions to include all employees.

  • Reasonable dress codes
Employers can establish reasonable dress and grooming guidelines that serve a legitimate business purpose.”

The solution I have personally come up with is the following:

Clickworker is the parent company to this offshoot subsidiary company that I also am part of while part of Clickworker; thanks to science and scientists, we are able to figure out how to make AI explain this to you. Gemini by Google is the AI about to explain UHRS to you which stands for Universal Human Relevance System:

When I googled UHRS, Google’s Gemini gave me the following results for my answer: "UHRS, which stands for "Universal Human Relevance System," falls under the crowdsourcing industry primarily focused on data labeling for AI applications, where people act as "judges" to evaluate and categorize data for machine learning purposes.

Key points about UHRS:

  • Data labeling:
The core function of UHRS is to provide human-powered data labeling for various AI projects, like image recognition, text classification, and sentiment analysis.

  • Crowdsourcing platform:
Users, referred to as "judges," access the platform to complete small tasks or "hits" related to data labeling.

  • AI development support:
UHRS plays a crucial role in training AI models by providing high-quality labeled data."

The link to UHRS is www.uhrs.ai

When googling Clickworker, they gave me the following answer:

“Clickworker primarily operates in the crowdsourcing and AI training data industry; they provide services like data annotation, categorization, surveys, and web research, mainly focused on generating large datasets for machine learning and artificial intelligence applications.

Key points about Clickworker's industry:

  • Crowdsourcing:
They leverage a large network of online workers ("Clickworkers") to complete small, micro-tasks that can be aggregated into larger datasets.

  • AI Training Data:
A significant portion of their work involves creating and labeling data for training AI models.

  • Data Management Services:
Beyond just data collection, Clickworker also offers services like data cleaning, quality control, and project management.”

The link to Clickworker is https://www.clickworker.com

Thanks to Google's AI named Gemini, I was able

to pull that for you without any problems.

A shortened descriptive synopsis is this:

What industry is clickworker in? Clickworker's primary industry is Business/Productivity Software.

Each task takes me about 2 minutes to do and each process is finished within 5 minutes. I am basically paid like a piece worker that does Crowdsourcing and Data Engineering/Analytic type jobs training AI with statistics and analysis.

I then got an email from Sunny’s emailing list when I asked for the decoder on the video about the decoder part of the ai based business generation process where the ai can make you a business plan decoded within 10-15 minutes which is the thesis in the video.

Her initial hypothesis is she didn’t think it was possible to have this done in less than 10 minutes but then an AI program was made, thus giving people like me a chance to see the results of a plan lightning fast. I got mine within 2 minutes of sending my information into the webpage!

The following was stated after providing me a link to a share Google Drive document to one of my many emails:

“Let’s unlock your ideal client!

The first step to creating a highly impactful and scalable online education business is to have total clarity

on exactly who you’re serving. Your ideal client is the very foundation for every aspect of your business,

from your curriculum to your marketing to your sales process. We created this powerful tool to unlock

the secret to understanding your ideal client, making it easier to find them and speak to them.

Below, you’ll see the 3 factors of your ideal client. In working with thousands of people throughout the

years and helping them define their ideal client, we found that identifying these 3 factors were absolutely

crucial to getting it right.

Meet YOUR IDEAL CLIENT AVATAR...

1 SpecificI DEAL CLIENT The ideal client for this online course consists of

disabled and marginalized individuals who face

transportation barriers, influencing their ability to

commute for in-person work. They need guidance

in navigating the job market due to their unique

challenges, with a focus on finding inclusive

remote desk jobs. These individuals may lack

formal education, certificates, or access to

traditional role experience, and thus require

resources and strategies tailored to their specific

circumstances and skills.

1 Specific Place on their Journey (ZERO STATE) These individuals are often at a point where

frustration and anxiety dominate their daily lives

due to the difficulty of securing income-generating

opportunities. Traditional job environments and

commutes exacerbate their challenges, making

They feel helpless and isolated. The tipping point is

often reached when financial constraints and a

desire for independence become intolerable,

alongside the emotional strain of unemployment

or underemployment. They may experience

feelings of inadequacy and fear about their future, as these challenges are tied to basic physiological

and safety needs.

1 Specific DESIRED OUTCOME(HERO STATE) The desired outcome is the transformation into

empowered individuals who successfully acquire

remote roles that align with their abilities and

current skill set. Beyond securing employment, it

grants them autonomy and financial stability,

leading to improved self-esteem and a sense of

community belonging. This outcome ties into

Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs, targeting safety,

esteem, and belongingness.

And here's your unique selling proposition aka

your transformation statement...

At the core of any successful online course business is what we call your Transformation Statement. This

The statement clearly articulates who you serve and how you will transform them through your program. This

is the very basis of creating a highly impactful curriculum, aligned messaging that attracts the most ideal

client and it will serve as your north star for every piece of content you ever create.

Preliminary Transformation Statement(Unique Selling Proposition)

I help disabled and marginalized individuals facing transportation barriers go from feeling

frustrated and helpless in their job search for remote office work to securing inclusive and

skill-aligned remote desk jobs. This transformation empowers them to achieve financial

In order to create messaging and content that attracts your ideal client, you need to understand what

WHO ARE WE?

You may be wondering - who is she, and why is she qualified to help you

build an impactful online education business.

Let me introduce her. Her name is: Ms. Sunny Lenarduzzi, and she’s the founder

of the Authority Accelerator program. Truth be told, her journey building an 8-figure online education business wasn't an easy one. In 2017, she experienced a severe burnout that landed her in the hospital - a wake-up call that the relentless "hustle" mentality so often touted in entrepreneurship was deeply flawed.

That personal struggle fueled her mission to help other experts and entrepreneurs avoid the

same pitfalls. Over the past decade, she’s worked with thousands of clients in over 45 countries

across 600+ different niches, guiding them to transform their expertise into thriving,

purpose-driven online course businesses.

All of this stemmed from her own words, I changed the first person into making sure you know it’s talking about her journey. Just for the sake of respect, dignity and honor, Sunny’s words are going to be in the first person as if it was read by her firsthand in front of you but please remember the bits from Sunny that I have experienced aren’t a paid advertisement or an endorsement of any kind. I just simply love her work and want to share her phenomenal groundbreaking work that she made as a simplified process to the content creation business lifestyle.

Here it is as if she was reading this herself in her original words, I do not own any rights to anything I have received from her or shared with you guys, I purely found it inspirational and motivation while I was deep down in a downward spiraling depression and Sunny was able to make me smile and have hope again while I was talking with my father-in-law currently visiting his in-laws in another state. I am sending my love and prayers to him, as he is an inspiration to me because he never had it easy just like I never did, I extend my love and respect to his in-laws sending prayers for safety, recovery and for the best outcome possible regarding the immediate blood family to his wife and his kids for everything that’s going on, the Lord knows that my wife even though she’s the stepdaughter of the mother to the other 2 kids who are direct descendants of the grandparents as she is grieving for the situation at hand and would definitely appreciate this bit right here before going onwards in the video. Here it is as if it were said by Sunny however it is in her original words in her own writing style because she wrote this herself and this is what made me smile and brought my dying soul back to life and out of the pits of depression and out of the shakiness of anxiety when people like me who have disabilities and that are marginalized want to have our own business and find success or if you’re me and all you ever asked for was a job but then Sunny revived your hope and you wanted to join YouTube with the hope she delivered to me to become my hobby that I would love to turn into a business:

“We know firsthand the challenges you'll face when building an online education business, and

We've developed a proven roadmap that will ensure your success.

If you're ready to gain the clarity and confidence you need to create a business with income

and impact, book a complimentary course consultation with one of my seasoned coaches

TODAY.”

Thank you Ms. Sunny, you’re such an inspiration, I love your work, I like you as a person, you are truly amazing from what I can truly find as to testimonies as to who you are and your appearances online and in the media. You make me proud. And I am very proud that you’re setting a great example of why people need to respect women more. By people, I mean men and non-binary people who are assigned male at birth. You are worthy of the respect I preach about professional women and you have surpassed the standard of dignity being had for oneself. Thank you for being a boss because you are a boss!
